Head of Business Development and Associate PR Director
With over 14 years’ experience, Jess started her PR journey working for The Army. After 18 months dedicated solely to this client, she worked with names such as Faithful+Gould, Willmott Dixon, Urban Splash and Crosby Homes before becoming a freelance PR consultant. During this time, she managed campaigns for startups and SMEs in addition to clients across property, fashion, health and wellbeing and ecommerce. She has recently joined Leader as Associate PR Director and Head of Business Development.
Creative and passionate about PR, Jess has a track record of designing and delivering projects that generate extensive media coverage and produce tangible results, both online and offline. By working closely with clients to fully understand evolving commercial goals, Jess produces thoughtful PR strategies which are carefully tailored to tell their story in a way that reaches key audiences and promotes business growth.
As Head of Business Development for Leader, Jess will also be engaging with new clients to help them find the best marketing solutions for their business.

I have three young children so most weekends I can be found on the side of a football or rugby pitch supporting them in their sporting pursuits, enjoying a long walk or baking (successfully and unsuccessfully in equal measure!).
